Managing Director

The Managing Director of the company is in charge of the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with the instructions and orders given by the Board. The Managing Director may undertake action which, given the scope and nature of the operations of the company, is unusual or far reaching, only with the authorization of the Board. The Managing Director is also responsible for the legal compliance of  the company's accounting practices and the proper arrangement of financial management.
