Audit
The company auditor has an important role as a controlling body appointed by the shareholders. Audits give shareholders an independent opinion of how the accounting, financial statements and administration of the company have been arranged.
Notification of prospective auditors
The Board's proposal for the auditor shall be disclosed in the notice of the General Meeting. If the prospective auditor has not been notified to the Board, the candidacy shall be disclosed separately.
Auditor's fees and fees for non-audit services
Fees paid to the company's auditor and companies belonging to the same Group totalled € 18.500,00 in financial year 2010-2011.
